These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the pkrs platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, bonus programmes, payment services, and customer support facilities available at pkrs.app. Please read them carefully before creating a pkrs account or placing any wager.

Each individual may hold only one pkrs account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances held within them. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before withdrawals are processed.

Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. pkrs reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
pkrs provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who self-exclude are prohibited from opening new accounts. pkrs staff are trained to identify problem gambling indicators.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkrs ("pkrs", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pkrs.app and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and API services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, registering a pkrs account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you uncon ditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the payment method used, net of any winnings, which will be forfeited.
Age Verification: pkrs reserves the right to request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in Account suspension.
Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one pkrs Account. Registering multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of this Agreement. pkrs will close all duplicate Accounts and may retain any Balance therein as a penalty for the breach.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. pkrs will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
It is your responsibility to ascertain whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkrs does not accept registrations from residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrs Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you, regardless of whether it was performed by you personally.
pkrs employs 256-bit SSL encryption, one-way password hashing, and automated suspicious-activity monitoring to protect your Account. However, no security system is infallible, and you are encouraged to use a strong, unique password and enable SMS two-factor authentication.
pkrs accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. pkrs reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with notice posted on the Platform.
pkrs complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. pkrs may freeze an Account and report transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice where AML obligations require it. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is strictly prohibited.
pkrs may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, PSL cricket bonus campaigns, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The following general conditions apply to all pkrs bonuses:
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and any coordinated exploitation of promotional mechanics — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. pkrs may void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close the relevant Account where bonus abuse is identified.
pkrs monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to request clarification from any Player whose wagering activity suggests systematic exploitation of promotional terms rather than genuine gameplay.
All sports bets placed through the pkrs platform are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the result as determined by the relevant official governing body shall be final. pkrs reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or where the event was subject to confirmed match-fixing or integrity concerns.
Given the significance of cricket to Pakistani players, pkrs offers extensive coverage of PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is. Cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official scorecards published by the relevant cricket board. Bets on matches abandoned due to weather or other causes will be settled in accordance with pkrs cricket betting rules published on the Platform.
All casino games available on the Platform, including slots, live dealer games, Dragon and Tiger, Joker Poker, and all other titles, operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. RTP rates for all slot titles are independently certified by third-party testing laboratories. Game rules are displayed within each game interface.
In the event of a software malfunction, network interruption, or technical error that affects a game round or bet, pkrs reserves the right to void the affected transaction. Interrupted game rounds will be either completed from the point of interruption or voided and the stake returned, at pkrs's discretion, depending on the nature of the malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and play.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrs Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:
All content on the pkrs Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of pkrs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pkrs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrs, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
pkrs's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkrs does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may close your pkrs Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions.
pkrs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time with or without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of this Agreement; suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; receipt of a chargeback; or where required by pkrs's licensing obligations or regulatory directives.
Where pkrs closes an Account due to a breach of this Agreement, pkrs reserves the right to forfeit any Balance and void any pending bets within that Account.

Players who self-exclude are strictly prohibited from attempting to open new pkrs Accounts during the exclusion period. Any Account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any Balance forfeited.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the pkrs Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Platform.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrs holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through pkrs's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral authority specified in pkrs's licensing terms.

pkrs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
